Am I Eligible?
To be eligible for ELPA membership, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Current Australian Business Number (ABN)
Your business must hold a current and active ABN
- ✓
Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10 million AUD)
You must hold current public liability insurance at a minimum of $10 million cover
- ✓
Current Working with Children Check
Valid Working with Children Check or equivalent government-issued clearance for your state
- ✓
Compliance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
Your business must handle and store children’s images in accordance with the APPs
- ✓
Commitment to child safe photography practices
You must agree to comply with the ELPA Child Safe Photography Framework and Code of Conduct
